Key Responsibilities

  • Champion a consumer-obsessed approach by unlocking and synthesizing data from diverse touchpoints to uncover actionable insights that drive personalized, high impact strategies.
  • In partnership with the broader CMX Client Solutions team, unlock data and insights that will help define programs and collateral that are lucrative to our clients and the CVS Enterprise.
  • Track how other retailer medias are driving performance and engagement across digital and physical footprints.
  • Drive cross-functional communication to align teams around key initiatives, ensuring visibility, collaboration, and unified execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing or advertising experience with a focus on retail and digital marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience as a highly detail-oriented, self-starter, independent worker with critical thinking skills.

Nice to Have

  • Thirst for data driven Marketing - where data, technology and creativity meet.
  • Experience in Ecommerce/Digital.
  • Ability to adjust interaction and communication styles for different audiences and situations.
  • Consistent demonstration of professionalism, reliability, accountability and flexibility in working with others.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 yrs experience) required.
