About the Role

Unilever is seeking a Future Core Deos Marketing Chief Andina to lead marketing strategies for deodorants, specifically Rexona Clinical and future core brands, within the Andina region. The role involves managing innovation, business growth, and team leadership to create a better business and a better world, fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the deodorant business for Rexona Clinical and future core brands.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, manage cross-functional teams and agencies to achieve business growth, profitability, and competitiveness.
  • Drive regional innovation strategies for 2026-2028 and develop long-term strategic plans aligned with global and regional teams.
  • Define Jobs To Be Done (JTBD), growth drivers, and set objectives.
  • Manage the category budget, including planning, administration, and reporting of advertising media, visibility, and fees.
  • Monitor performance of innovations and campaigns.
  • Ensure proper execution of the S&OP process and pricing strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing.
  • Strong skills in communication, innovation, and business management.
  • Experience leading marketing teams and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing innovation projects and developing 360° campaigns.
  • Experience managing complex portfolios.
  • Understanding of KPIs from Nielsen and Kantar.
  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced level).
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
