Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable cloud-based solutions using Cloud SQL and BigQuery to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft and implement data models and database schemas.
Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity and security.
Provide technical mentorship and support to junior developers and team members.
Conduct code reviews and ensure consistency to best practices and coding standards.
Tackle and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner.
Build and maintain documentation for database designs, configurations, and processes.
Participate in the planning and execution of data migration and integration projects.
Supervise and analyze database performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Implement and maintain backup and recovery procedures to ensure data availability.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in cloud technologies and database management.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Work closely with customers to understand their data needs and provide effective solutions.

Requirements

Possess strong technical skills in Cloud SQL and BigQuery.
Have experience in designing and maintaining cloud-based solutions.
Show strength in database performance optimization and fixing issues.
Show ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Display good communication and documentation skills.
Be capable of providing technical mentorship and support to team members.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Be able to work in a hybrid model with a mix of on-site and remote work.
Have a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Nice to Have

Experience in the Automotive Industry.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Experience in designing and maintaining cloud-based solutions
Strong technical skills in Cloud SQL and BigQuery
