Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with service line leaders to define campaign objectives, target segments, and messaging strategies.
  • Design and architect integrated, full-funnel B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid social (especially LinkedIn), SEM, display, programmatic, email nurture, and web.
  • Own the end-to-end performance analysis for all global digital campaigns for Technology and Service Line Marketing.
  • Establish and lead a rigorous testing and optimization framework (A/B, multivariate) to continuously improve performance against pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Analyze complex, cross-channel performance data to identify strategic levers for optimization and recommend corrective actions.
  • Translate performance data into a compelling narrative of marketing's impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Develop and present insightful quarterly business reviews to executive and sales leadership, providing clear, actionable recommendations backed by data.
  • Act as the central orchestrator for campaign execution for Cognizant's Technology and Service Line Marketing programs.
  • Lead through influence, briefing and aligning cross-functional teams—including creative, content, operations, and media—to ensure cohesive and timely campaign delivery.
  • Lead cadence calls with stakeholders and regional teams to drive alignment on performance and optimization.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the digital marketing technology stack, understanding and leveraging the capabilities of MarTech (Salesforce, SixSense) and AdTech to maximize campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in B2B digital marketing, with a focus on data-driven demand generation campaigns.
  • Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, including advanced targeting, budget optimization, and ad formats.
  • Deep experience with an enterprise-level CRM (Salesforce preferred), including building nurture programs, managing data flows, and creating performance reports.
  • Advanced proficiency in web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Demonstrated experience with B2B multi-touch attribution modeling and reporting on campaign influence on pipeline and revenue.
  • Proven success in leading complex projects and influencing cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and performance data to various audiences, including executive leadership.
  • Experience with enterprise AI value propositions and marketing technology is highly desirable.

Qualifications
