About the Role

The Global Digital Campaigns Lead at Cognizant is a strategic, high-impact role responsible for driving digital growth through end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and optimization. The position involves transforming business objectives into full-funnel digital programs across multiple channels, with a focus on technology services such as AI, analytics, cloud, IoT, and digital experience. The role reports to the Global VP of Technology and Service Line Marketing and requires a leader who excels at data-driven marketing and customer-centric digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with service line leaders to define campaign objectives, target segments, and messaging strategies.
Design and architect integrated, full-funnel B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid social (especially LinkedIn), SEM, display, programmatic, email nurture, and web.
Own the end-to-end performance analysis for all global digital campaigns for Technology and Service Line Marketing.
Establish and lead data-driven optimization efforts for digital campaigns.

Requirements

Experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, particularly in B2B environments.
Strong understanding of digital channels such as paid social, SEM, display, programmatic, email, and web.
Ability to analyze campaign performance data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into digital marketing strategies.
Excellent collaboration skills to work with service line leaders and cross-functional teams.
