Global Digital Marketing Lead

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global digital strategy in partnership with the Global Head of Digital & Media and Global Brand Director, covering website management, SEO/SEM, digital content marketing, email marketing, and emerging channels.
• Work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Communications, Commercial Operations, and IT to align and integrate digital activities, support brand and market teams with content production, and provide guidance and training for digital strategies and campaigns.
• Own, manage, and optimize the HCP portal, support markets with 'self-serve' CMS functionality, and ensure portal content aligns with regulatory requirements, campaign strategies, and omnichannel plans.
• Shape and drive the content strategy with clear KPIs, managing digital channels and deployment plans to build brand awareness and customer engagement, utilizing owned, earned, and paid channels.
• Integrate digital into broader marketing campaigns, monitor and analyze campaign performance, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns and ensure an effective omnichannel approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; master's preferred.
• 10+ years in digital marketing, including 5+ years in a global organization.
• Proven success developing and executing global digital strategies, omnichannel activations, and campaigns.
• Deep knowledge of digital channels, CMS (WordPress), SEO/SEM (SEMrush/Ahrefs), social media, content and email marketing, web analytics tools (GA, GTM, GSC), and CRM systems (Salesforce, Veeva CRM).
• Basic understanding of web languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements for digital communications.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and project management skills.
• Experience in project managing global activities and supporting high-performing global stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French or German is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a global, matrixed, and cross-cultural environment.
