The Global DMX Product Owner role involves implementing features and capabilities on various websites, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions aligned with marketing and business needs. This hybrid position can be based in Milwaukee or Cleveland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the strategy for the company's websites.
  • Conduct market research, user studies, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
  • Collaborate with partners to align the websites roadmap with organizational goals.
  • Maintain a prioritized product backlog and ensure understanding of strategic objectives.
  • Build product releases by working with user experience, content, development, and QA teams.
  • Prioritize features based on customer feedback, analytics, and market trends.
  • Elicit and document clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
  • Guide development teams on product priorities and ensure delivery of features.
  • Review and accept completed user stories to meet acceptance criteria and quality standards.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Improve product features through experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven insights.
  • Manage partner relationships by providing updates on product status, roadmap, and risks.
  • Work with UX/UI designers to create engaging user experiences and provide input on wireframes and prototypes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US (no sponsorship available).
  • Experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in digital product development (preferred).
  • Experience with Agile project management tools like JIRA, WorkFront, and ClickUp (preferred).
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Confluence, Miro, and Microsoft Project (preferred).
  • Experience with Content Management Systems like Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, and WordPress (preferred).
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, and XSLT (preferred).
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices (preferred).
  • Experience with product analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics (preferred).

Nice to Have

  • 5+ years of experience in product ownership, management, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency with multiple Agile tools and content management systems.
  • Technical familiarity with programming languages and UX/UI principles.
  • Experience with product analytics tools.
