About the Role

The Global Ecommerce Roadmap Project Manager will play a key role in supporting and organizing projects and initiatives within TVH's Ecommerce department. This position involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, assisting with project planning, and coordinating implementation. Additionally, the role may include serving as the lead Project Manager for smaller-scale projects. TVH is a parts specialist for quality parts and accessories for material handling, industrial vehicles, and construction and agricultural equipment, with a focus on innovation and a family-oriented, people-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver short and long term projects that support the business strategy.
  • Assist in prioritizing and executing cross-departmental Ecommerce initiatives, providing regular status updates to the Global Head of Ecommerce.
  • End-to-end coordination of Ecommerce project activities in alignment with departmental and company-wide objectives.
  • Communicate new developments, goals, procedures, and project statuses across departments.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of documentation, including writing and editing reports, presentations, and summaries.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of functional project management experience in an Ecommerce environment.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
  • Proactive and agile approach to work, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Excellent time management skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively engage with and support diverse teams and personalities.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus.

Qualifications
