About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand growth strategies aligned with company objectives
• Lead cross-functional teams through digital transformation initiatives and AI integration
• Drive measurable brand performance outcomes using advanced analytics and attribution modeling
• Navigate and champion organizational change management processes across marketing functions
• Integrate AI-enhanced marketing strategies into brand positioning and customer engagement
• Collaborate with agencies and external partners on strategic brand campaigns and creative direction
• Establish brand governance frameworks and ensure consistent brand experience across all touchpoints

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive brand marketing leadership experience with demonstrated P&L impact
• Proven track record of leading teams through digital transformation and technology adoption
• Advanced proficiency in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and performance measurement
• Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms
• Strong change management and stakeholder management capabilities
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
