About the Role

The Global HR Technology & Program Management Leader at DuPont is responsible for driving the strategy, implementation, and optimization of HR technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business and HR objectives. This role involves leading HR technology teams, managing vendor relationships, overseeing project management activities related to HR systems, and providing strategic direction for HR data and analytics. The position supports the company's efforts to enhance HR processes through technology, ensuring security, compliance, and effective user experience across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical and functional teams supporting DuPont's HR Technology solutions (e.g., Workday, Service Now, Saba SBX, Phenom, eTime, UKG Workforce Management), ensuring HR processes and workflows are efficient, secure, and optimized.
  • Ensure data accuracy in HR Technology systems to maintain HR Operations compliance.
  • Oversee day-to-day maintenance, administration, enhancements, and communication related to HR Technology solutions, including managing releases and developing project plans for new features.
  • Run the Project Management Office for HR Tech and Operations to support technology changes, M&A projects, and stakeholder support, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Optimize system design, configuration, and integrations for efficiency and effectiveness, proactively identifying automation opportunities.
  • Lead security, compliance, and controls within HR systems and integrations, ensuring audit readiness.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to analyze system adoption, usage, case management, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain the HR Technology Change Request backlog.
  • Partner with IT to ensure HR Technology integration with the core IT infrastructure and leverage enterprise-wide solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with HR teams and business stakeholders to ensure HR Technology solutions meet end-user and business needs.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring SLAs are met and contracts are renewed or renegotiated.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and support vendor selection processes, including RFPs, to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and cost-effective.
  • Develop and implement HR technology strategies aligned with business objectives and scalable for future M&A activities.
  • Lead HR Technology stack implementation and integration activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
  • Create business cases to support decision-making on new HR technologies for HR leadership.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and leadership during technology projects, issues, and escalations.
  • Offer thought leadership on emerging HR technologies, vendor trends, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in Human Resources and/or as an HR Technology leader.
  • Extensive experience with HR technology strategy, implementation, and change management across multiple systems and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with HR Technology solutions such as HRIS, ATS, LMS, and emerging HR technologies.
  • Strong project management skills leading complex global projects, delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing technical and functional teams, building relationships, and driving results.
  • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and opportunities.
  • Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in vendor management, contract negotiations, and managing service-level agreements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Deep understanding of the HR Tech landscape, including Talent Management and core functions.
  • Experience leading HR Technology strategy development and implementation for global M&A projects.

  • Educational background with a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
