Key Responsibilities

Drive market segment differential management to deliver financial goals.
Develop and execute market-back segment strategies, including regional implementation plans to meet quarterly and annual growth targets.
Manage portfolio optimization to ensure good, better, best offerings and concise value propositions to maintain market leadership and capture share.
Deliver innovation-based growth through product, process, and business model launches that solve customer pain points with differentiated offerings.
Lead the advancement of Water marketing competency and customer centricity through continuous learning and improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver growth plans creating mutual value for customers and DWS.
Implement and monitor pricing strategies aligned with strategic segment plans.
Continuously improve customer experience to uphold DWS brand promise and deliver value.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
15+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales or relevant functional area.
Previous or current Water industry experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead via influence and challenge the status quo.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
Experience managing managers and deploying project best practices, policies, and processes.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

Nice to Have

MBA and/or advanced technical degree.
Cross-functional and cross-industry experience.
Experience working in multi-cultural, multi-region environments.
Demonstrated business and financial acumen with data analysis and insight communication skills.

Qualifications

Educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
Significant experience in marketing, sales, or relevant functions.

DuPont offers a comprehensive pay and benefits package.
Pay range for this role is $161,000.00 - $253,000.00 annually.
