About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Drive market segment differential management to deliver financial goals.
• Develop and execute market-back segment strategies, including regional implementation plans to meet quarterly and annual growth targets.
• Manage portfolio optimization to ensure good, better, and best offerings and concise value propositions to maintain market leadership and price premiums.
• Deliver innovation-based growth through product, process, and business model launches that address customer pain points and generate above-market revenue growth.
• Advance Water marketing competency and customer centricity through continuous learning and improvement initiatives.
• Lead growth of marketing capability across the Water enterprise and facilitate robust pricing strategies aligned with enterprise value.
• Monitor and adjust segment resourcing and investment allocation to fit broader strategies and execution plans.
• Influence program mix to include new product development, M&A, partnerships, and process innovation, ensuring a balanced portfolio.
• Improve innovation and growth metrics to demonstrate impact and ROI.
• Deliver continuous improvement in customer experience and implement digital tools to enhance processes and value creation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales or relevant functional area.
• Previous or current Water industry experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead via influence and challenge the status quo.
• Strong marketing and commercial experience with a track record of delivering growth goals.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Experience managing managers and deploying project best practices, policies, and processes.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
