About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a depth of knowledge while working cross-functionally within Dell.
• Gain experience and an advanced understanding of Dell's Go-To-Market strategy and operations.
• Participate in networking opportunities with managers and executives.
• Engage in career development planning, soft skill training, and developmental workshops.
• Contribute to projects within the Product Offer Management, Configuration Management, and Project Management organizations.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Business or Engineering undergraduate degree with a graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills suitable for collaboration in a global team environment.
