Key Responsibilities

Engage closely with the Expertise & Knowledge Practice Area Leader and BCG Vantage Executive Director to convert priorities into actionable plans and initiatives
Develop a clear roadmap that translates strategic priorities into action plans and operational processes, ensuring seamless execution within and across the Practice Areas
Work closely with the cross-PA Investment Committee to identify high-potential 'big bets' with significant growth or innovation potential
Act as a central point of contact for the PA portfolios, ensuring alignment with commercial value and managing assets
Engage with BCG Vantage Business Directors, Business PMs, and PA Offer Managers and Directors on requests for maintenance and new builds
Prepare and report on performance metrics for PA product portfolios, including updates, performance, sunsetting, or new launches
Manage demand across PAs towards Digital Factory, ensuring clear, well-prioritized requests aligned with PA needs
Collaborate with Digital Factory leadership and Tech PMs to execute PA plans, monitor outcomes, quality, budget, and asset impact
Ensure Digital Function receives requests that balance innovation with maintenance of existing tools
Work with Digital Factory on data layers and integration to provide scalable data platforms for PA offerings
Act as a liaison between PAs, Digital Factory, and the Data Layer team to align data storage, processing, and management platforms
Identify opportunities to integrate data across PAs to create unified assets
Oversee external data procurement for PAs, ensuring alignment with strategy, balancing costs and value, and managing the external data portfolio
Establish metrics to measure adoption and success of data and tool assets, lead cross-functional meetings, and keep senior stakeholders informed

Requirements

Total 14+ years of experience leading large cross-functional teams and solving complex problems for business functions
Proven leadership with strong influence and relationship-building skills
Extensive program or project management experience, particularly in technology delivery
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects
Ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels, from team members to executive leadership
Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence across all levels
Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working within rapidly changing environments
Experience in consulting is a plus
