About the Role

The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team is a global group that serves as the strategy, operations, and product commercialization partner to the Global Business Organization (GBO). The team ensures Google's Ads business delivers growth and operates effectively by setting go-to-market strategy, shaping priorities, and commercializing new Ads products. The role of the Global Product Lead involves shaping the roadmap of core tools like Client Relationship Management (CRM), advocating for global sales users, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve issues and drive product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advocate end-user needs by actively gathering and synthesizing feedback to inform the tools roadmap, ensuring their workflows are represented in product development.
  • Contribute to prioritization by analyzing quantitative business cases (business, productivity) and qualitative data (interviews, feedback) to articulate clear use cases for Product Managers (PM)/UX/Engineering partners.
  • Author detailed business requirements and co-lead project plans in partnership with PMs/UX/Engineering on the design and development of user-facing feature launches.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of global launch strategies, including assisting in the development of deployment plans, training materials, and support documentation to drive product and feature adoption.
  • Assist in estimating and measuring the business impact of new features, processes, and training using metrics like Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), adoption rates, efficiency gains, and business uplift.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

  • MBA degree.

Benefits & Perks

  • US base salary range of $180,000-$267,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
