Key Responsibilities

  • Driving the roadmap for new GenAI products, focusing on business applications that create value for users.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define priorities and manage the product lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
  • Testing and deploying GenAI-based tools to gather actionable insights and ensure product scalability.
  • Developing strategies to improve product usability and adoption within the organization.
  • Delivering business results and customer value.
  • Supporting outcomes that support specific and measurable KPIs.
  • Continuously delivering customer value each sprint as a member of a GenAI squad.
  • Standing in as proxy Product Owner, as needed.
  • Serving as the voice of the customer or end-user.
  • Translating customer needs into user stories and engaging users as needed.
  • Engaging in continuous discovery via surveys and interviews to understand customer needs.
  • Leveraging data to assess feature performance and inform prioritization.
  • Analyzing tradeoffs involving customer value, cost, and effort.
  • Representing customer needs to ensure they are understood and integrated into the squad’s work.
  • Proactively seeking customer feedback to learn and better understand their needs.
  • Facilitating product demos to gather real-time feedback from customers.
  • Modeling behaviors to support the organization’s transformation to a new way of working.
  • Creating and maintaining a squad culture based on organizational and Agile behaviors.
  • Providing feedback within the context of performance management.
  • Prioritizing work through a well-organized backlog and clearly communicating deliverables.
  • Defining and communicating acceptance criteria based on business and customer needs.
  • Engaging with the squad regularly to offer feedback and clarify requirements.
  • Collaborating with Chapter Leads on resourcing and expertise requirements.
  • Providing feedback for performance management of squad members and the broader product portfolio.

Requirements

  • Experience building GenAI/AI and user-facing products.
  • A background supporting the development of new enterprise software.
  • 6-8+ years of relevant experience as a product manager, analyst, business analyst, or scrum master.
  • Relevant experience with AI or technology-driven products.
  • Understanding of agile principles and ways of working.
  • Good understanding of technology-enabled business, digital, and organizational transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of current GenAI technologies and their application for actionable insights.
  • Strategic thinking skills to translate ideas into tangible products.
  • Highly organized and proactive resource management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with JIRA or similar tools (a plus).
  • Experience with Tableau, PowerBi, or Alteryx (a plus).
  • Experience in consulting (a plus).

  • 6-8+ years of relevant experience in product management, analysis, or related roles.
