Job Description

About the Role

The Global Product Marketing Lead for Targeting and Signals at TikTok is responsible for leading a high-performing team, developing market strategies, and driving growth and adoption of TikTok's advertising products. The role involves building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing thought leadership, and translating market insights into actionable strategies to support the company's strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a talented, motivated, and high-performing Signals and Targeting Product Marketing Management team.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to team members.
  • Develop strong C-level relationships and use market insights to inform client strategies to help clients grow their business.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the advertising landscape and drive thought leadership internally and externally.
  • Identify and translate market opportunities and challenges into a well-defined team strategy to accelerate growth and adoption of TikTok's ad products.
  • Influence cross-functional leadership to drive goal alignment and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Work towards bi-monthly OKRs such as revenue growth, new technology solutions, solution adoption, and innovation.

Requirements

  • Many years of experience in product marketing management, business development, or business strategy.
  • At least 4+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience in MarTech, Data Management, and/or Advertising is required.
  • Strong knowledge of online advertising, branding, performance advertising, and marketing frameworks.
  • Experience influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders across organizations.
  • Track record of developing and leading high-performance, rigorous teams.
  • Ability to dynamically prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
  • Problem solving and analysis experience in solving business problems.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Targeting or Signal products in advertising.

Qualifications

  • Many years of experience in product marketing management, business development, or business strategy.
  • At least 4+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience in MarTech, Data Management, and/or Advertising.
