The role of a Global Program Manager involves employing consistent program management processes to manage complex programs, drive key initiatives, and ensure the successful delivery of learning solutions for Veeam's sales organization. The position requires collaboration with learning designers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders across regions to analyze learning needs, scope solutions, and oversee development and implementation of enablement initiatives. It offers scope for creating new standards of excellence and working within a fast-growing, cross-cultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owns & manages core enablement programs including High Velocity Onboarding, Veeam Badge Curriculum, Sales Role Plays, and Sales Methodology core enablement.
  • Ensures programs are delivered on time, within scope, on budget, and aligned with business outcomes and goals.
  • Submits materials for regular reviews and maintains accurate reports via the project reporting tool (Monday.com).
  • Owns end-to-end strategic planning, program management, design & development process, and maintains long-term content accuracy, modifying or redeveloping as business objectives evolve.
  • Develops & designs training interventions using the approved PM process, engaging with key stakeholders and obtaining sign-off.
  • Works with regional Sales Acceleration teams to gather training needs and knowledge gaps to determine execution strategies.
  • Collaborates with diverse teams across multiple time zones and countries.
  • Works with regional Sales Enablement Managers to localize materials when appropriate.
  • Creates & executes Master Trainer and Train the Trainer (T3) processes for internally developed content.
  • Establishes & manages relationships with subject matter experts (SMEs) and global stakeholders.
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication on program objectives, risks, and milestones.
  • Supports and develops department best practices, policies, and structure.
  • Continuously assesses and improves program management processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Encourages use of various instructional methods including group instruction, eLearning, Micro-learning, Video On-Demand, self-study, role plays, and webinars.
  • Collaborates with Revenue Intelligence and Geo Sales Acceleration teams to develop evaluation impact/measurement reports demonstrating business impact and ROI.

Requirements

  • 5 years' experience with building & implementing enablement curriculums, or 2+ years as an enablement specialist.
  • Experience in defining and developing enablement execution strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Experience working with geographically and culturally diverse teams is a plus.
  • Experience managing, implementing, and facilitating global corporate enablement programs.
  • Prior experience leading geo-based or global programs with significant business impact.
  • Curriculum development & coordination experience in a sales environment.
  • Experience training salespeople using a solution-oriented sales methodology.
  • Ongoing use or certification in program/project management methodology.
  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adopt effective engagement styles with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment as a high-energy, motivated self-starter.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% internationally, with potential need for visas.
