About the Role

Meta is looking for a Channel Enablement Program Manager focused on supporting the growth of the Realty Labs business. Reporting to the Director of Go to Channel Planning, this essential role will be responsible for bringing process rigor & operational expertise through comprehensive program management of the development & delivery of global Channel Experiences for the Metaverse business that contribute to driving unit sales velocity across key consumer sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the development and delivery of global Channel Experiences for the Metaverse business, including physical, digital, and sales enablement channels.
Develop, implement, and optimize processes to ensure successful planning, development, and delivery of channel experiences.
Coordinate and manage complex product launches and go-to-channel initiatives, measuring success along the way.
Organize, communicate, and collaborate cross-functionally across all levels of the organization to ensure smooth execution of channel programs.
Bring structure to complexity and ensure operational excellence in fast-paced environments.

Requirements

5+ years of proven experience in driving successful, complex go-to-channel motions to achieve business goals or similar experience.
Proven track record planning for or executing channel sales business strategy, go-to-channel, and/or process optimization in large matrixed organizations.
Experience managing workload within a fast-paced time frame.
BA/BS in Business or Marketing related field (or similar work experience).
Experience in building new processes and managing change in growing companies to scale.
Proven ability to get things done at short notice while collecting information from internal and external sources.
Experience working across teams, influencing stakeholders without authority, and driving clear communication.
