Key Responsibilities

  • Providing logistical support and assistance with go-to-market deliverables for new as-a-service solution introductions
  • Plan and create detailed workable MOC for SaaS related support functions
  • Establish a robust communication plan between PLM Operations and Product Line Management teams
  • Develop management of change models, participate in program evaluations, and create retrospectives
  • Develop processes for identifying and addressing gaps in support for product teams
  • Proactively lead cross-functional discussions related to as-a-service lifecycle management

Requirements

  • 6-10 years' work experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area
  • Advanced university degree (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent
  • Strong business acumen and technical knowledge of configurable and pre-configured as-a-services solutions and pricing models
  • Understanding of cloud-based and on-premise SaaS solutions and their benefits
  • Strong project management skills, including leading large, cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent relationship management skills and ability to partner closely with teammates
  • Analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly summarize impact alerts when delays occur
  • Extensive knowledge of HPE business, master data, and quoting systems (SAP, SFDC, SharePoint, CRM)
