Key Responsibilities

Providing logistical support and assistance with go-to-market deliverables for new as-a-service solution introductions
Plan and create detailed workable MOC for SaaS related support functions
Establish a robust communication plan between PLM Operations and Product Line Management teams
Develop management of change models, participate in program evaluations, and create retrospectives
Develop processes for identifying and addressing gaps in support for product teams
Proactively lead cross-functional discussions related to as-a-service lifecycle management

Requirements

6-10 years' work experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area
Advanced university degree (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent
Strong business acumen and technical knowledge of configurable and pre-configured as-a-services solutions and pricing models
Understanding of cloud-based and on-premise SaaS solutions and their benefits
Strong project management skills, including leading large, cross-functional initiatives
Excellent relationship management skills and ability to partner closely with teammates
Analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly summarize impact alerts when delays occur
Extensive knowledge of HPE business, master data, and quoting systems (SAP, SFDC, SharePoint, CRM)
