Senior Product Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy and execution for ClearanceJobs.com, including shaping long-term product vision and delivering near-term features.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to ship user-centric product experiences.
• Own and drive the day-to-day backlog and user story lifecycle with support from product leadership and peers.
• Perform operational product support as needed.
• Participate in onboarding, stakeholder meetings, and user interviews to understand user goals and needs.
• Drive product initiatives balancing usability, performance, and innovation, especially around AI-powered features.
• Define and track success metrics to guide product evolution and measure impact.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to align product direction with broader business strategy.
• Build relationships with customers, users, and business stakeholders.
• Shape long-term product strategy and maintain the delivery engine for valuable, near-term features.
• Champion a culture of quality, learning, and user-first thinking across the team.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Product Management growing a B2B or B2C SaaS product.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal guidance.
• Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to occasionally travel to customer or company-hosted events.
• Strategic mindset and tactical execution capability, with attention to detail.
• High standards for software quality and user experience.
• Lean Product mindset and User Centered Design principles.
• Bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to make quick, informed decisions.
• Clear and proactive communication skills to influence and align stakeholders.
• Enthusiasm for AI and emerging technologies.
• Curiosity and a desire for continuous learning and improvement.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-powered products such as recommendation engines, automation, or search.
• Prior experience building products in the Talent Acquisition/HR tech space, including job boards, ATS, or multi-sided ecosystems.
• Familiarity with Defense or Intelligence community users and needs.
• Based in the Denver Metropolitan area and able to work onsite from DHI offices once a week.
