About the Role

The Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Acceleration team is a high-achieving, fast-paced, and high-visibility group within Digital Realty. Our mission is to turn data into action-driving smarter decisions and sharper GTM processes to accelerate revenue growth. As a member of this team, you will lead initiative-based work that helps Digital Realty maximize growth opportunities across the end-to-end customer lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with all GTM functions—including global and regional revenue operations, sales, marketing, customer success, and channel—as well as with key stakeholders in operations, product, and finance to drive enterprise-wide impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Strategic Initiatives: Drive high-impact GTM initiatives end-to-end, from scoping and strategy development to implementation and impact measurement.
  • Engage with Senior Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with global and regional sales leaders, revenue operations, marketing, and other internal stakeholders/partners.
  • Accelerate GTM Execution: Contribute to building initiative-based deliverables like global playbooks, Rules of Engagement (RoE), and GTM motion design frameworks.
  • Develop Strategic Insights: Assist in analyzing addressable market opportunities, demand planning, pipeline optimization, and competitive intelligence.
  • Promote Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across global and regional functions to align strategy, process improvements, and GTM initiatives.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Help refine initiative governance models, track KPIs, and embed change management practices to ensure lasting impact.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of top-tier management consulting experience focused on corporate strategy, GTM strategy, or sales/marketing transformation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong background in corporate strategy, GTM planning, and/or sales strategy development.
  • Proven track record of independently managing projects and delivering tangible business impact.
  • Highly proficient in data-driven analysis (e.g., Excel, Alteryx, PowerBI/Tableau), financial modeling, and strategic decision-making frameworks.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with global and regional sales teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of data center industry or enterprise technology markets.
  • Experience in building GTM frameworks, playbooks, or Rules of Engagement.
