About the Role

Golf Tournament Consultant is a remote, commission-only position focused on booking and assisting charity golf tournaments over the phone with on-course activities and fundraising. The role involves consulting on sponsorship options, increasing player participation, and selling on-course games, custom products, and hole-in-one insurance. No golf knowledge is necessary, but it is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Consult charity golf tournaments on elevating sponsorship options and increasing player participation.
Sell on-course games, custom products, and hole-in-one insurance to events.
Make calls to support charity golf tournaments, building positive and long-lasting relationships.
Maintain a consistent minimum of 20 hours per week during business hours, with the possibility of more hours depending on availability.

Requirements

Be able to consistently commit a minimum of 20 hours/week to Dixon Golf during business hours (Monday to Friday).
Have superior follow-up skills.
Be comfortable on the phone and have strong verbal communication skills.
Have a computer and phone with reliable internet connection.

Nice to Have

Golf knowledge (not necessary but a plus).

Qualifications

Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and sales skills.
