Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for passionate people that can jump into a fast-paced culture. As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible to help manage our Pay Per Click/Paid search strategies for clients, manage Google AdWords Search, Display, Video and App campaigns, including audience targeting, keyword research and selection, ad group structuring, ad copywriting, and landing page testing and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing paid search advertising campaigns for clients, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Manage Google AdWords Search, Display, Video, and App campaigns, including audience targeting, keyword research and selection, ad group structuring, ad copywriting, and landing page testing and optimization.
  • Manage Facebook Ads, including audience targeting, copywriting, and coordinating asset production with the creative team.
  • Execute all aspects of managing paid advertising campaigns, including ongoing development and refinement of keywords, creative testing, and budget management.
  • Confidently monitor the health and performance of several hundred client ad accounts and provide regular reporting.
  • Collect and analyze data to develop optimization strategies to improve campaign performance and drive growth.
  • Regularly audit and refine landing pages to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Monitor industry and competitor changes, perform ongoing keyword research, and develop creative ad copy.
  • Work with internal teams to establish expectations, report on progress, and target achievements.
  • Continuously learn and expand SEM knowledge and stay up to date with latest PPC industry trends.

Requirements

  • Excellent working knowledge of Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ad Manager.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns and platforms simultaneously.
  • Experience working with Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
  • Excellence in written and verbal communication and strong copywriting skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and web standards and their potential impact on PPC.

Nice to Have

  • Google AdWords and/or Google Analytics Certification.
  • SEO skills: on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Experience managing LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest Ads.

Qualifications

  • Ability to commute to Irvine, CA 92618 (Required)
  • Ability to relocate to Irvine, CA 92618 before starting work (Required)
