About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and managing PPC campaigns across Google Search and Display
• Improving campaign efficiency by increasing Quality Score, CTR, and conversion rates
• Conducting market and keyword research to shape ad strategy
• Continuously analyzing performance data and optimizing bids, copy, and targeting
• Writing and testing compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences
• Coordinating with the broader marketing team to align paid efforts with overall goals
• Preparing performance summaries and offering insights to guide future strategy

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Google Ads accounts with strong results
• Knowledge of PPC principles, especially around Quality Score and conversion tracking
• Comfortable using Google Ads tools, Analytics, and Keyword Planner
• Strong analytical mindset—you enjoy interpreting data and applying it strategically
• Excellent copywriting and A/B testing skills to optimize ad messaging
• Independent, well-organized, and a proactive communicator
