About the Role

As a Senior Associate, Paid Search, you will make a significant contribution to the growth of our patient bookings and revenue through Search Engine Marketing (SEM). You'll drive performance, analyze data, and execute optimizations across Google and Microsoft Ads. This role requires close collaboration with members of the paid marketing, analytics, and brand teams to execute the channel strategy and achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing the day-to-day performance of our Google and Microsoft Ads campaigns
Develop and implement new campaigns and testing strategies to effectively scale the account
Manage daily optimizations to ensure we remain on track against channel goals and budget
Support Senior Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of SEM strategies to produce successful outcomes
Assisting with channel-level reporting and analysis
Track KPIs, distill insights from campaign data, and provide regular performance updates to the team
Partner with analytics to enhance our data capabilities, improve our reporting, and find areas of opportunity that could significantly impact the broader business
Communicating channel results and priorities across the organization
Effectively convey results and insights to leadership in weekly meetings
Develop working relationships with cross-functional partners

Requirements

3+ years of experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (including but not limited to Search, Youtube, Demand Gen and Performance Max)
Strong attention to detail and a proven track record supporting multi-million dollar paid search campaigns
An analytical and performance-driven mindset with a solid understanding of growth marketing KPIs
Comfortable working with Excel and BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, etc.) to analyze data, generate actionable insights and inform strategic decisions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience presenting to key stakeholders
