Graphic and Technical Designer (On-Site)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop visual content for physical products, including branding, merchandising, proofing, packaging, and promotional materials.
• Create digital content such as web banners, email flyers, and other online assets.
• Design and develop custom catalogs tailored to client needs.
• Ensure all creative assets align with branding guidelines and client expectations.
• Assist in marketing efforts, including joining marketing and sales teams' meetings.
• Create mockups, wireframes, and prototypes for websites and software using Figma.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into practical designs.
• Assist in UX/UI design efforts, including joining the I.T. team's project meetings.
• Maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across all platforms.
• Work closely with other teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Participate in online meetings and presentations with stakeholders and clients.
• Document design processes and create instructional materials for internal and external use.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience producing client-facing graphic design material.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative design projects.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, PDF Form Creation) and related software.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of print production processes and working with vendors.
• Experience with website creation using WordPress (Elementor).
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and PHP for design implementation.
• Experience in creating engaging visual content for marketing campaigns.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles, e-commerce design, and product presentations.
• Experience with Figma and a portfolio showcasing mockups and/or wireframes.
