About the Role

Join the YMCA of Greater Toledo as a Full-Time Graphic Designer and bring your artistic flair to life! This onsite position at the Association Resource Office in Toledo offers a fun, flexible work environment where your ideas can shine. Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality visual materials including paid advertisements, social media graphics, internal signage, and event collateral.
Maintain and apply YMCA brand guidelines across all creative projects.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Contribute to the creation of engaging visual content that inspires and engages the community.
Unleash innovative design ideas while ensuring consistency with organizational branding.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of two years of professional design experience, preferably within a collaborative or in-house creative team.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro), Canva, and Google Suite.
Strong skills in layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Proven ability to apply and adapt brand guidelines across diverse campaigns.
Ability to place, manage, and optimize Meta Campaigns.

Nice to Have

Experience with social media campaign management and optimization.
Experience working in a community or nonprofit organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field
At least two years of professional design experience
