Graphic Designer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop marketing assets across all F9 Brands (Cabinets To Go, Lumber Liquidators, Gracious Home, Thos. Baker)
• Create store signage, in-store merchandising and product support materials
• Design promotional assets including web banners, email templates, and social media content
• Layout and production of catalogs, lookbooks, and brochures
• Develop assets for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and sales events
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and channels
• Collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce teams
• Maintain organized files and follow production timelines
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional graphic design role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both print and digital design
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Excellent layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills
• Experience designing for various formats (retail, digital, social, print)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Comfortable managing multiple projects across different brands
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion graphics and/or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Familiarity with web design best practices
• Experience working with lifestyle or home improvement brands
