This position is a Fully In-Office role based out of our Sacramento, CA Office. Your role at Colliers will be strategic, conceptual, and executional—leveraging design as a way of articulating possibilities, solutions, and vision. We are looking for a highly creative individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a brand champion by implementing and maintaining a high standard of design, format, and production.
Provide creative leadership and direction on design, layout, and production of marketing deliverables by integrating written and visual messages.
Manage the visual identity and entire design process from start to end.
Create, design, and produce a variety of print and online marketing materials including brochures, presentations, advertising, proposal emails, websites, postcards, and maps, ensuring corporate branding strategies are met.
Coordinate large-format/environmental design and installation.
Meet with teams to define project requirements and offer creative marketing solutions, producing marketing materials to the clients' satisfaction.

Requirements

4+ years of graphic design experience.
1+ years of experience in online design, advertising, and email marketing.
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Nice to Have

Commercial real estate experience.
Experience with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.

Qualifications

Relevant educational background with a Bachelor's Degree.

Salary range of $65,475.00 to $76,000.00 annually, determined by role, level, and location.
