About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Creative Leads, Senior Graphic Designers, Marketing Leads, and Copywriters to develop and execute design solutions that support the Entrust brand across both print and digital platforms.
• Deliver efficient, high-quality, and error-free design production for a wide range of marketing materials, including digital and print advertising, social media graphics, sales enablement tools, thought leadership content, event collateral, landing page and email graphics, presentation decks, large-format signage, and more - ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Apply brand design expertise to influence best practices across creative solutions, consistently producing work that meets brand, quality, and production standards.
• Partner with brand leaders and creative team members to keep the Entrust brand fresh, compelling, consistent, and competitive, leveraging a strong understanding of industry best practices.
• Present and clearly communicate design concepts and ideas to teammates and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Entrust's products and services and the needs of our customers and partners.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues at all levels across the organization to foster trust in the Creative Team's support.
• Create and manage graphic assets and templates; source imagery (including stock photos); and independently manage project workload and workflow.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design, graphic design, or visual communication, or a similar degree.
• 3+ years of proven graphic design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates a strong design aesthetic and showcases a wide range of creative solutions across branding, sales support, email campaigns, events, thought leadership, social media, and print projects.
• Experience in developing, maintaining, and adhering to brand design guidelines.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint is required; experience with project management tools such as Asana is a plus.
• Thrives in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment, working effectively with both internal and external teams.
• Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder demands simultaneously, while remaining flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice to Have

• Experience working as a in-house graphic designer in a corporate environment.
• Comfortable designing within brand guidelines and using templates.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana.
• Expert-level experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solution-oriented mindset and a strong team player who takes initiative, proactively offers support, and takes ownership of tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design, graphic design, or visual communication, or a similar degree.
• 3+ years of proven graphic design experience.
