About the Role

TradeWinds features two destination resorts just 200 flip flops from one another along the gorgeous Gulf Coast on St. Pete Beach. This role is perfect for a highly creative individual with a passion for design and a strong understanding of marketing strategies. As the Graphic Designer, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute visually compelling and well-written marketing campaigns that truly capture the essence of the resort's brand and inspire engagement across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will possess a preferred background in marketing within the tourism and hospitality industry, emphasizing the management of the creative process.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute visually compelling marketing campaigns that align with the resort's brand and target audience.
Maintain brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
Lead projects from concept to completion with strong communication skills, including presenting design concepts, copywriting, and editing.
Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the design process, from initial concept to final production.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work within budget parameters, including photoshoots.
Work closely with third-party vendors, including printers, photographers, and designers, to create and curate content that reflects the resort's unique atmosphere.
Apply understanding of the hospitality industry’s specific design needs and trends.

Requirements

At least three years in a creative design marketing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Communications.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro) and other relevant design tools.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams.
Experience in an Internet and Intranet environment is helpful.

Qualifications

Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Communications.
At least three years in a creative design marketing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
