Key Responsibilities

Design visually appealing and effective promotional graphics
Optimize digital images for optimal web performance
Develop and maintain graphic templates and style guides
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure design consistency and brand alignment

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field
5+ years of experience in a web production environment
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Dreamweaver/HTML/CSS
Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Flash and ActionScript
Experience in retail web design
Illustration skills

Qualifications

Relevant work experience of 5+ years in web production
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, HTML, and CSS
