About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design a branded t-shirt specific to the Texas market, drawing inspiration from Western and Americana themes, to be printed within two weeks.
• Create evergreen merchandise including tees, jackets, coozies, and other branded items.
• Develop designs that stay true to the brand ethos while allowing for creative flexibility within brand guidelines.
• Iterate quickly and present multiple options, incorporating feedback effectively.
• Work remotely on a project-by-project basis, managing multiple design tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating contemporary design for well-known brands with extensive merch and swag examples.
• Ability to work creatively within brand guidelines.
• Ability to iterate quickly and present multiple options.
• Strong remote work skills and flexibility for project-based assignments.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for adult beverage brands or similar lifestyle brands.
• Familiarity with Western and Americana themes.

Qualifications

• Experience with branded merchandise and swag design.
• Proficiency in contemporary graphic design tools and techniques.
