About the Role

Businessolver is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their Marketing Team to help grow brand awareness, equity, and preference. The role involves providing creative support as part of the core marketing and corporate communications team, ensuring all files are accurate, proofread, and delivered on time, and designing various digital and print materials to support the company's branding and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Design creative concepts and coordinate all aspects of production including direct mail, brochures, marketing materials, event invitations, print ads, and flyers.
Manage ongoing projects such as eNewsletters, business cards, and event promotion.
Work with content writers to create branded knowledge leadership pieces including e-books, white papers, infographics, and videos.
Assist in the ideation and execution of digital ads, internal brand elements, support materials, social media posts, and gated content.
Work with external parties to execute projects like print, direct mail, and giveaways.
Track individual projects from inception/design to final distribution.
Ensure the integrity of Businessolver's brand identity.
Collaborate on overall marketing strategy, creative strategy, and messaging.
Work daily with the marketing team to complete campaign tasks.
Maintain files of all materials and electronic documents in active folders and archives.
Manage and track all work in the project management system.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
At least 5 years of professional graphic design experience working with print, web, and digital media.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Expert attention to detail and professionalism.
Ability to multitask and meet multiple project deadlines daily.
Strong collaboration and project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional interpersonal skills.
A compelling portfolio must be submitted for consideration.

Nice to Have

Experience with digital advertising and social media content creation.
Knowledge of project management systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
Minimum of 5 years' professional graphic design experience.
