The Ads Marketplace team at DoorDash is responsible for optimizing the delivery and performance of ads across the platform. The team operates across four core areas: Inventory, Economics, Quality, and Formats, and is part of a rapidly growing retail media network that has surpassed a $1B run rate. The Group Product Manager (GPM) will lead product strategy and execution to scale the ads business responsibly and sustainably, focusing on improving iROAS, ad quality, personalization, and marketplace metrics, working cross-functionally with product, engineering, data science, sales, and marketing teams.
