Job Description

About the Role

As the Group Product Manager of Strategic Mid-Market Growth, you'll be part of a product team that is focused on disrupting the small business mid-market. You will lead the portfolio strategy for various premium offerings and capabilities, focusing on identifying opportunities, building roadmaps, and influencing key internal and external stakeholders to deliver an extensible & customizable platform. You'll do this by working cross-functionally across teams of Data Scientists, Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers and Designers to define and deliver on key strategic goals focused on product-market-fit and solving complex problems for the small business mid-market segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the portfolio strategy for premium offerings and capabilities targeting the small business mid-market segment.
  • Identify opportunities, build product roadmaps, and influence stakeholders to deliver an extensible and customizable platform.
  • Work cross-functionally with Data Scientists, Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Designers to define and achieve strategic goals.
  • Manage and define a product roadmap, serving as product owner for a scrum team, and facilitate scrum ceremonies.
  • Educate teams on product strategy and roadmap, and drive results through collaboration and influence.

Requirements

  • 8 or more years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS companies focused on growth and innovation.
  • Experience managing a team of 2 or more Product Managers for 3+ years.
  • Strong data literacy and ability to use data and analytics to support strategic decisions.
  • Experience defining, owning, and managing a product roadmap.
  • Experience serving as product owner for a scrum team and managing scrum ceremonies.
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, communication, and negotiating skills.
  • Experience in matrixed organizations and ability to drive results through collaboration and influence.
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, Science or a related technical discipline (equivalent professional experience considered); advanced degree a plus.

  • Experience leading, building, and owning end-to-end AI-powered products for consumer or enterprise offerings.
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional GTM teams and influencing leadership on strategic direction.
  • Experience applying analytical thinking to inform prioritization.
  • Experience delivering successful customer-driven AI products designed to create a great customer experience.
  • Experience with Agile development and methodologies.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to launch web or mobile software products on-time and on-budget.
  • Strong project management skills, including managing complex projects simultaneously.
