We're scaling quickly, and our Growth team is at the center of that mission. The role involves building, testing, and optimizing high-performing email and nurture flows to move leads through the funnel to qualified, closed-won outcomes, working closely with RevOps, Referral, and Tech teams to improve conversion at each lifecycle stage.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage email sequences across the full demand and supply funnels, including lead nurture, reactivation, onboarding, and retention.
Own the voice and messaging cadence across automated flows, testing subject lines, offers, creative, and tone to drive response and engagement.
Develop audience segments based on behavior, source, and stage to deliver targeted, relevant content.
Run experiments to improve email performance such as open rates, clickthrough, reply rate, call booking, and activation.
Partner with RevOps and CRO to uncover drop-off points, optimize timing, and improve journey cohesion across flows.
Work closely with Growth, Sales, Product, and CX teams to ensure seamless transitions between acquisition, nurture, and onboarding.
Build clear dashboards and report on performance at the campaign and lifecycle level, sharing insights to shape funnel strategy.

Requirements

Deep understanding of lead nurture, email marketing, and activation across B2B or high-consideration funnels.
Proficient in building and managing email campaigns in HubSpot or similar tools (Braze, Customer.io, Marketo, etc.).
Experienced in running A/B tests on subject lines, timing, CTAs, and copy to drive performance lift.
Comfortable designing dynamic segments and managing contact lifecycle logic across large databases.
Strong analytical skills and ability to pull insights from dashboards, funnel reports, and email analytics.
Obsessive about getting leads to the next step, from re-engagement to completed call to signed client.
Able to write and iterate on emails quickly with a focus on clarity, tone, and value.
Highly self-directed, able to take an idea from concept to live test with minimal oversight.
5+ years in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or marketing automation at a high-growth tech company or agency.
Proven experience managing full-funnel lifecycle programs that generate pipeline or revenue.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Ops, Product, or CX.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with HubSpot, including workflows, email builders, lead scoring, and contact lifecycle management.
Experience working with a product or service that involves human-in-the-loop operations (e.g., assistants, services, coaching).
