About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Growth Strategy Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing, be a self-starter, and understand the sense of urgency required to meet deadlines. They will be accountable, work well both independently and as part of a team, and embody the necessary qualities to translate strategy and messaging in a visual manner.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and design sales collateral, including email templates, catalogs, proposal decks, and presentation decks.
Maintain and organize our content document library.
Assist with new acquisitions and design content as needed.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure marketing materials align with company goals and brand standards.
Analyze content and campaign data to determine success and use that information to drive growth.
Visualize compelling content to support the growth team throughout the sales process.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred or 3-5 years of relevant experience and studies in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint.
Experience with Foxit PDF, InDesign, and/or Photoshop is preferred.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
