GTM Product Management Leader (Secure Networking, SASE, AI/ML)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Build and implement go-to-market strategies targeting Tier-1/2/3 Partners, Distributors, and MSPs.
• Develop pricing and packaging strategies to drive adoption across different market segments.
• Drive install-base refresh for the Secure WAN portfolio, emphasizing upsell opportunities to Security and Agentic AI-led SD-WAN and SASE solutions.
• Plan and execute long-term and short-term strategies to foster business growth and innovation.
• Design and promote WAN, SASE, Cloud, and Security bundles tailored to enterprise customers, partners, MSPs, and Cisco sellers.
• Leverage Agentic AI/ML driven security solutions to enhance Cisco's offerings and customer value.
• Deliver executive briefings, webinars, and roadshows to engage internal teams, partners, and customers.
• Create collateral, training materials, and proof-of-concept content to promote product adoption.
• Lead deal management activities including discount approvals and margin analysis.
• Track success metrics, analyze trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collect and provide actionable insights to engineering and product teams regarding customer requirements and industry gaps.
• Stay informed on industry trends in Agentic AI, ML security, cloud networking, and SD-WAN.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a Product Management role with a focus on Enterprise Networking, Cloud Networking, and Security.
• 5+ years of experience with Security, Routing, SD-WAN, SASE, Cloud Networking, or similar technologies.
• Proven success in designing GTM strategies, executing cross-functional initiatives, and influencing collaborators.
• Familiarity with the partner ecosystem including VARs, Distributors, MSPs/Telcos, and System Integrators.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
• Experience with Agentic AI, ML applications, security, networking, or cloud environments (preferred).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills, including interpreting complex data sets and conducting pricing and competitive analysis.
• Excellent cross-team collaboration skills, including working with engineering, sales, and partners.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field (preferred).

• Experience with Agentic AI, ML applications, security, networking, or cloud environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Compute Engine, and Microsoft Azure.
• Ability to influence without formal authority across engineering, sales, and partner teams.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in pricing, promotions, and competitive analysis.
• Educational background in computer science or similar fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field (preferred).
• 10+ years in product management, with a focus on enterprise networking, cloud, and security.
• 5+ years of experience with relevant networking technologies.
