Guest Experience Coordinator Lead - Transportation

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees Welcome Ambassador team and tasks
• Coordinates and prepares daily, weekly, and monthly Marketing goals for team members as per Marketing management instruction
• Completes daily, weekly and end-of-month reporting as needed
• Orders and tracks marketing collateral pieces
• Facilitates the new hire process for site's Marketing operation
• Assists with Marketing event coordination
• Assists with new hire training as needed
• Supports Local Marketing team initiatives
• Adheres to company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Able to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Minimum 1 year of Timeshare or Hospitality experience
• 2+ years of administrative/clerical experience
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Nice to Have

• BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of Supervisory experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree (advantageous)
