The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team is a global group that serves as the strategy, operations, and product commercialization partner to GBO. The team ensures Google's complex and evolving Ads business delivers strategic growth and operates effectively. They are responsible for setting Go-to-Market strategy, shaping priorities and resources to accelerate business growth, and commercializing the next generation of Ads products. The team also builds Go-to-Market infrastructure, from tooling to execution, to achieve desired business outcomes and priorities. The role involves leading the Strategy & Operations team within the Americas LCS Product Go-To-Market team, partnering with regional sales leadership, Global Product Solutions, Ads Finance, and other GTM teams to accelerate revenue and future-proof the business.
