About the Role

The Head of Analytics and Measurement Platforms, GTM at Google is responsible for leading a team to drive the sales, go-to-market, and commercialization strategy for Google Analytics and related measurement products. The role involves working closely with global product teams, regional partners, and executive leadership to shape the future of measurement platforms that empower advertisers of all sizes and enable cross-media investment measurement to drive business growth. The position requires a global perspective with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and align global priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of managers and individual contributors, providing coaching and performance management.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for rapidly changing products and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and product management leads to set goals and strategies for the business.
  • Represent products and business in negotiations and resolve issues or roadblocks.
  • Present measurement context and strategy in VP-level discussions and executive forums.
  • Work closely with product managers, global go-to-market teams, and measurement leaders to understand product usage and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with regional partners to understand specific in-country customer requirements.
  • Influence the future development of measurement products and align global teams on priorities.
  • Participate in shaping global strategy for bringing measurement products to market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 13 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 8 years with an advanced degree.
  • 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience managing a team in a dynamic, changing environment.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and measurement advertising products (preferred).
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, especially with executive leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders and drive results without formal authority.

  • Knowledge and experience with Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of measurement advertising products and platform offerings.
  • Ability to navigate cross-functional organizations.
  • Ability to influence and communicate change effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 13 years of relevant experience or 8 years with an advanced degree.
