About the Role

The Head of Data, Measurement and Analytics for Google’s Large Customer Sales (LCS) team is a leadership role responsible for managing a team of data transformation and investigative leads within the agency partnership segment. This role involves leading strategy across measurement and analytics, collaborating with specialist teams and agencies to embed AI solutions, and shaping how businesses grow through data-driven insights. The position offers an opportunity to influence the future of advertising in the AI era, build trusted relationships with clients, and deliver innovative solutions that drive business performance and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of agency-aligned Data Transformation Leads and Investigative Leads, providing leadership and strategic direction.
  • Lead the team's measurement and analytics strategy, acting as a thought leader in these areas.
  • Collaborate with specialist teams and agency sales leads to embed and apply AI solutions, co-developing strategies with agencies.
  • Deliver Data, Measurement, and Analytics solutions and innovations across agency holdcos.
  • Contribute to the cross-functional Publicis management team to drive collaboration and transformation in agency partnerships.
  • Support and consult on client/partner strategies in sales, marketing, or product development by translating data into actionable insights.
  • Develop investigative models for key client projects, customize tools and frameworks to identify opportunities, and optimize client business using Google products.
  • Build and manage relationships with client and partner stakeholders across functions and levels.
  • Lead and set priorities for the team to support organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in marketing analytics, strategy consulting, financial modeling, or statistical analysis.
  • 7 years of experience in a sales leadership and people management role, including coaching, mentoring, and team development.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools such as experimentation frameworks, attribution models, statistical approaches, SQL, R, Python.
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of management internally and externally.
  • Strong collaboration skills for working on cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to build relationships with executive stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in business development, client relationship management, and solution-based selling.
  • Understanding of media businesses and management operations within the digital media ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Formal educational background with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in analytics, strategy, or related fields, totaling at least 15 years.

Benefits & Perks

  • US base salary range of $173,000-$243,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
