About the Role

The Head of Demand Generation at Spinify is a strategic leader responsible for building and executing the company's demand generation and lead pipeline from scratch. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role involves designing growth strategies for the US market and beyond, managing marketing automation, and scaling data-driven campaigns across multiple channels to create a predictable flow of high-quality leads. The position offers full autonomy, a competitive salary, and the opportunity to directly impact a global SaaS company's growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect the entire lead generation strategy from the ground up to create a predictable flow of high-quality leads.
  • Own and optimize the HubSpot instance for lead nurturing, automation, and deal creation.
  • Launch and scale data-driven campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Take responsibility for the entire marketing funnel, tracking and reporting on lead volume, conversion rates, and pipeline value.
  • Work as a strategic partner to the CEO and sales team, providing insights to guide go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • A demonstrable history of building a pipeline for a B2B SaaS company with measurable growth.
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot, leveraging its full capabilities for automation and business generation.
  • Hands-on experience and strong understanding of lead generation in the US market.
  • A strategic thinker with a builder's mindset and excellent execution skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills and experience collaborating with a remote, global team.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in scaling demand generation efforts in a SaaS environment.
  • Knowledge of multiple marketing channels and automation tools beyond HubSpot.
