Head of Digital Marketing

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy that supports patient enrollment and provider engagement, aligning marketing efforts with Monogram's business priorities and growth objectives.
• Develop and refine messaging to effectively communicate the value of Monogram's in-home care model to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
• Create and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives to improve patient awareness, activation, and engagement in Monogram's services.
• Develop marketing strategies to strengthen relationships with provider partners, communicate Monogram's value, and encourage provider referrals.
• Oversee and contribute to the execution of digital campaigns, website content, email marketing, direct mail, and sales enablement materials.
• Establish and maintain efficient workflows, campaign management processes, and performance tracking to ensure effective and scalable marketing efforts.
• Partner with clinical teams, patient outreach teams, and provider relations to align marketing initiatives with care delivery and patient onboarding.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, contractors, and vendors to support marketing efforts.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, track performance metrics, and optimize spend for maximum impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or greater in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Master's degree is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred, particularly in patient engagement, provider marketing, or high growth healthcare organizations.
• Strong background in consumer engagement, digital marketing, content marketing, and demand generation.
• Ability to write and edit marketing content such as email campaigns, website copy, and collateral for patients and providers.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Collaborative and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare marketing, especially in patient engagement or provider relations.
• Experience with in-home care or chronic disease management marketing.
• Advanced skills in digital marketing tools and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields.
• Master's degree (highly preferred).
• 10+ years of marketing experience with leadership roles.
