About the Role

We're undergoing an exciting transformation, aligning performance marketing, organic search, and AI-powered automation under a unified Total Search strategy. This role is critical to advancing our next-gen vision of visibility, measurement, and revenue contribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of high-budget search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads globally
  • Build and optimize campaigns leveraging Enhanced Conversions (Google Ads + Salesforce integration), Google AI Overviews, Performance Max and Demand Gen campaign architecture, custom and prebuilt Google Ads scripts for automation, Smart Signals and automated bidding strategies, and Search Ads 360 for campaign governance, budget management, and cross-channel attribution
  • Identify and test new features in Google Ads beta programs
  • Manage an existing team, providing leadership and oversight
  • Partner with the SEO team to align on keyword targeting across paid and organic channels
  • Use Google Search Console analysis to inform content and paid keyword prioritization
  • Leverage shared data to orchestrate channel synergy
  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops and Analytics to implement and maintain Enhanced Conversion tracking tied to Salesforce lead lifecycle stages
  • Develop dynamic dashboards and reporting frameworks
  • Interpret smart bidding and signal-based modeling trends
  • Contribute to automation via custom scripts, alerts, and performance triggers
  • Plan and execute global campaign localization and budget pacing

Requirements

  • 7-9+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns at scale
  • Experience with Enhanced Conversions & Salesforce data mapping
  • Proficiency with Google Ads Scripts (custom automation)
  • Experience with Performance Max, Demand Gen, and Discovery campaigns
  • Advanced knowledge of Search Ads 360 workflows and reporting
  • Familiarity with Google Search Console (SEO)
  • Understanding of keyword unification frameworks for SEO and PPC collaboration
  • Deep understanding of how Google AI Overviews (SGE) is changing the search landscape
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel, Looker Studio, Sheets, BigQuery a plus
  • People management experience, leading a team
  • Experience with global campaign planning, localization, and budget pacing

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to Google Cloud, BigQuery, or Python scripting for advanced reporting
  • Familiarity with Builder.io or CMS-based landing page optimization
  • Experience in B2B tech or SaaS lead generation environments
