  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize marketing technologies to streamline operations, improve targeting and measurement, and elevate the client experience.
  • Leverage data and analytics to drive informed decision-making, optimize campaigns, refine audience segmentation, and deliver personalized content while tracking ROI and performance metrics.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to uncover insights and recommend strategies for expanding product distribution and growing market share.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Over 10 years of marketing experience within the investment management industry.
  • Deep expertise in institutional and intermediary platforms, investment products, and client relationship dynamics.
  • Proven ability to articulate complex investment strategies and simplify sophisticated concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Experience leading multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, events, public relations, and advertising.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., Seismic), and data analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated success applying data analytics to strategic marketing decisions, using personalization, attribution modeling, and performance metrics.
  • Strategic, hands-on leadership style with a record of building high-performing teams and managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage complex projects with attention to detail in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
