Head of Marketing

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative marketing strategies that align with business goals
• Manage daily content planning and social media posting
• Brainstorm and implement branding and website updates
• Lead advertising initiatives including digital campaigns, email, and print
• Coordinate and manage vendors, freelancers, and agency relationships
• Oversee content creation (visual and written) with the graphics and video team
• Plan and execute in-person and digital events (trunk shows, community partnerships, etc.)
• Track and report marketing performance metrics and ROI
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels

Requirements

• 0-7 years of marketing experience, ideally in retail, e-commerce, or luxury goods
• Strong creative instincts with a portfolio or track record of content ideas and campaigns
• Experience managing paid ad campaigns and marketing budgets
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Proficient in tools like Canva and other social tools
• Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
• Experience planning events or in-store promotions is a plus

Nice to Have

• Photography or video editing skills
• Jewelry or fashion industry experience
• Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, with a range of 0-7 years
