About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and driven Head of Marketing and Sales Development to spearhead our efforts in building strong community relationships and expanding access to exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture relationships with key referral partners including hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, rehabilitation centers, and senior living communities.
  • Design and implement strategic sales plans that align with growth goals and target market needs.
  • Coordinate client assessments to ensure seamless service initiation and satisfaction.
  • Deliver informative and engaging presentations to healthcare professionals and community organizations.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, professional events, networking functions, and conferences to elevate brand visibility.
  • Lead structured outreach activities using a marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns and events.
  • Leverage CRM tools to manage lead pipelines, analyze referral data, and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to align marketing efforts with client needs and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in sales and/or marketing within the home healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business development through effective referral outreach, relationship-building, and strategic market analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals—including physicians, discharge planners, and insurance representatives—to promote home care services and expand client base.
  • Strong understanding of the unique needs of patients and families in a home health setting, with the ability to develop tailored marketing strategies that communicate value and compassion.
  • Experience coordinating community outreach events, managing digital and print campaigns, and maintaining strong pipelines through CRM tools.
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Excellent public speaking and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Technological proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM platforms.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active vehicle insurance required.
